Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Accommodation must be 100% prepaid when booking. This deposit is refundable in accordance with the current Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. In case of canceling reservation up to 7 days before checking in, the customer’s money will be refunded with the deduction of $50 cancellation fee for the paper work associated with making the booking. Extra services are non-refundable according to these terms and conditions.
3. Cancellation charge equal to 1 night’s accommodation per apartment or hotel room booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 7 days or less before checking in or if the customer fails to arrive.
4. Cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night’s accommodation per apartment or hotel room booked will also be applied if a customer checks out of an apartment or hotel 1 full day or more before the customer’s reserved departure time.
5. Deposits for airport transfers and interpreting services are fully refunded if cancelled any time before the check-in date. If these services are cancelled after the check-in date, a refund will not be issued.
6. A customer is responsible for vacation apartments’ keys whilst they are in the customer 's possession and for their safe return to a Welcome To Russia representative. A deposit of one night's accommodation fee is required at the time of the key receipt as a security deposit for loss of keys or damage to the premises.
7. Inventory Deposits. A deposit is required to cover the cost of a damage/ breakages as stated in item 3. The deposit will be returned to the customer on the customer's departure, less any amount in respect of damage/breakages or untimely key return.
8. In case of any damage caused by a customer or his guests to the apartment’s interior during the time of the customer’s stay in an apartment, the compensation for such damage is covered by the customer.
9. Visas. Visa support fees will not be refunded if the apartment reservation is cancelled at any time for any reason whatsoever. Cancellation of the order after receiving an invitation letter results in a penalty of one night’s stay fee at a maximum price.
10. Rail tickets and domestic air tickets are non refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
11. Cancellation by a customer. Cancellation notice must be made in writing to Welcome To Russia.
