The apartment is located in the historical center of Kiev, in its old town, in 5 minutes of walking from the metro station “Golden Gates”.Nearby there are historical monuments: Golden Gates (11th c.), the “St.Sophia of Kiev” National Preserve with the St.Sophia Cathedral (11th c.) and the Bell Tower (17th c.), St. Volodymyr’s Cathedral (19th c.). Just across the road there is the Theater Sqeare with the National Opera of Ukraine in the center of it. Kreschatyk and Independence Sq. are 10 minutes by walk. There are many cafes and restaurants, markets and supermarkets all over, few small restaurants and cafes where usually meet foreign people, close to the building located Irish pub, pizza, mini-market, fish store. This apartment is situated in an area where located many big international companies such as DTZ, Philip Morris, Panasonic, Reebok, Lufthansa, etc. Also located nearby are Embassies of Austria, Czech Republic, Sweden, Belgium, Canada, Norway, Finland, France etc.
