A delightful, comfortable apartment that is only a five minute walk from Nevsky Prospect and right next door to the main concert hall - the October Theater. The apartment is also right down the street from one of the city's best bakeries and markets. The apartment is clean, cozy, and is located in a very safe and secure building. The apartment comes with everything to make your stay in St. Petersburg as comfortable as possible. The apartment can sleep up to four people with a double bed and a sofa bed - there is also a sofa in the kitchen! The property is a great value for its price and excellent for tourists coming to visit the city.

Please be informed, that the cost for all our apartments in Peak season: Dec 22 - Jan 10, June 1 - July 10 will increase by 15%.

Interesting or Well-known Sites Located Nearby
Mayakovskaya/Pl. Vostanaya
This area is the heart of the city with Nevsky Prospect, St. Petersburg’s main thoroughfare running nearby. The main railroad station - Moscow Station is located in this area so it is a very convenient place to stay in for travelers. The area is short walking distance from many of the city’s major attractions: The Hermitage Museum, the Russian Museum, Kazansky Cathedral as well as many others. There are many interesting architectural sites in this area. Take a walk and look at the various facades of many of the old, grand buildings. Many of the city’s businesses are located in this area as are numerous restaurants and stores. If you are in the city during the white nights season, between mid May and mid August, don’t miss a chance to stroll along the embankment and watch the many bridges across the Neva rise – it is really a spectacular site that you will never forget.

Transfer
We offer a transfer service from your arrival airport directly to your reserved apartment. The transfer fee is charged per person and allows one-piece of luggage. The transfer fee will be slightly higher if your destination city does not have its own airport.

Interpreter
This service includes an interpreter/personal assistant who will provide translation services, serve as a city guide and can even help plan your daily schedule. To reserve an interpreter, you should pay a deposit which covers five-hours of this service. At the end of the trip, your interpreter will complete a report stating the actual number of hours she worked. You are responsible to pay for each hour beyond the initial deposit.
