How it Works

1. How to place an order:

If you are a new client, simply choose an apartment, fill out the reservation form and then register on the site. This will register your order.

Your login and password will be sent to your email within a few minutes.

If you have already registered on the site, then sign in with your login and password, choose an apartment, fill out the reservation form and place your order. You will have a 5% discount* if you have been a client of our Apartment Rental Service before.

*The discount applies only to an apartment reservation payment and does not apply to transportation, interpreter or visa payments.

After the payment for your order has been successfully settled you will receive email with an “Order Number”. Write down this important information or save this email for future reference.

2. How to complete your order:

To avoid unauthorized use of your credit card we introduced order confirmation procedure, because we take fraud security very seriously. To complete your order you will be suggested to print and sign Order Confirmation Form, copy your personal ID (passport or driving license) and send them to:

Please send your Order Confirmation Form and a copy of your personal ID within 24 hours after placing your order.

3. The Next Step:

Within the next 24 hours, one of our managers will contact you via email or phone and provide you with detailed information about the apartment reserved. We will also give you contact details of our local representative in the city of your stay.

If you order Transportation Service, we will need information about your arrival (arrival time and flight number).

If you do not want to use Transportation Service, we will need to know approximate time of your arrival to the apartment. Our representative will be waiting for you there to give the keys, provide necessary information and answer questions.

4. Arrival:

If you ordered Transportation Service our representative will meet you at the airport (railway or bus station) and take you to the apartment.

If you did not order Transportation Service, you will need to get to the apartment by yourself. Our representative will be waiting for you there.

5. Additional Services:

Should you like to use additional services you did not reserve in advance, please address to our local representatives. They will help you make all necessary arrangements. There will be an additional charge for services provided.

6. Departure:

On the day of your departure you will be asked to fill in a Service Review Form and sign a Confirmation of services provided during your stay.
