Information:

An Invitation Letter is required for submission, as proof of purpose of your visit, to the relevant embassy in your country, along with your visa application.

Citizens of the USA, countries of EU, Canada, Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Japan do not need a visa to visit Ukraine.

If the planned duration of your stay on the territory of Ukraine is more than 3 (three) months, it is necessary for you to register at the department of Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to Russian legislation, you are required to register at the department of Domestic Ministry within 3 (three) days of your arrival in Russia. Our representatives are ready to help you with this registration procedure on your request, for an additional payment.

Transfer

Our representatives meet you with a sign, your name written across it so that you will not miss them, and pick you up at the apartment at a designated time.

Infromation:

The indicated transfer fee involves a charge for a transfer of one person with one-piece of luggage.

To order our Transfer Service, we require your arrival and/or departure information (arrival and/or departure time and your flight number).

If you are not willing to use our Transfer Service, we will need to know the approximate time of your arrival to the apartment. Our representative will be waiting for you there to give you the keys, provide necessary information and answer your questions.

We can also provide the transfer service between different cities. Our representative in the city of your arrival can provide this service on your request.

In some of our cities we provide car rental services. If you wish to use this service during your trip please inform us in advance and we will gladly help you.

Interpreter

If you are on a business trip or planning a vacation in a foreign country, our certified interpreters are ready to help you during your visit.

Polite and sympathetic assistants, experienced in all areas of communication, they will do their best to help you feel most comfortable in foreign language-speaking country.

All interpreters are qualified professionals.

In some of the cities on offer, our local representatives can arrange excursions for you to explore the city and find out about its history.

Information:

If you are willing to use this service, a deposit fee of 75 dollars is to be paid for five hours of translation services.

At the end of your trip, the interpreter will complete a report stating the actual number of hours he/she has worked. If the total working time of the interpreter exceeds the five-hour period, you will be additionally charged by our company within 2-7 days.

Our representative in each city is able to provide the services of an interpreter, upon your request, in case you had not reserved them in advance.

Please feel free to request this service from our local representatives in this situation. They will take care of all the necessary arrangements. Please remember that in this case you will be additionally charged for the translation services provided.

All charges for such additional services ordered post-factum will be done after your check-out.

You do not need to pay for these services in cash during your stay in the apartment.
