My new travel to Novosibirsk started when I received bad news that the Kazakh Consulate will not update my visa. This meant that I had to stay sixteen more days in Russia. I knew I had to make the best of it. The error started when my visa application for Kazakhstan was only given to me a month later than expected and I was not able to notice the error before I was out of Mongolia....

We arrived at Kiev around 10:30am. Actually we weren’t sure if that was really Kiev. People are getting off the train so we think we are in Kiev. Then our next task is to find a hostel. Finding a hostel is not that easy, especially if you are in a new place, we had directions from both the subway and a trolley. We choose the subway....

The Odessa National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet attracts a lot of opera lovers and we went for a ballet performance. The facade of the building in the Italian baroque style is awe-inspiring. You can see the busts of Mikhail Glinka, Nikolai Gogol, Alexandr Griboyedov, and Alexander Pushkin in the niches of the building. As impressive as the facade was the interiors of the theatre and the performance too!...
