Well the apartment I rented was exactly like the photos. And also very close to the metro. I think it was a good location since it was also close to the stadium of the soccerteam metalist. And that is one of the stadiums for the european championship 2012!...

There were almost no available seats so we only got the platzkarty or a third class ticket as they call it. My family thought that I was crazy when I said I want to travel alone to Kharkov to see our heritage. They said that I can just visit my grandparents in San Francisco to where they migrated. They also said that Kharkov is not a friendly city, especially for a single lady of 21 who will only stay in an apartment.
